Our 1st experience of NEAT and it was excellent 1st class service. Email confirmation the day before pick up. Arrived early on day of departure. Peter was kind polite and very professional and a very competent driver ...we felt in safe hands. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable ...our child seats were kindly stored whilst we were away. Our pick up was fantastic ..with help with luggage after a “RedEye” flight. Child seats already installed a welcome smile and thoughtful bottles of ice cold water on hand.
